Workshop for adults with disabilities, ages 18+. Class is taught by Rachel Mclaughlin, a certified Special Education teacher and artist. All levels and abilities are welcome.

Do you know an adult with a disability who loves to make art? Do you want them to explore a variety of different art mediums in a fun and supportive environment?

Participants in this workshop will leave with a finished watercolor and oil pastel batik sea turtle painting and 8x10 embellished acrylic Name painting on canvas.

Class agenda:

Getting to know the studio/teacher/classmates.

Intro drawing/coloring activity

Watercolor/batik instruction and kanji painting

Lunch break

Acrylic painting - Names on canvas with 3-D embellishments

Limit of 8 participants.

Cost $30

Workshop includes lunch, two instructors and all art supplies.
