I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a Mountainside Arts C'ville workshop held on private property. Participation may involve inherent risks associated with art activities, outdoor conditions, uneven terrain, weather, insect stings, tick bites, campfires, and other naturally occurring hazards. I agree to follow all safety instructions, participate within my own abilities, and assume these ordinary risks by choosing to participate and register for a workshop.
