Where are you located? Mountainside Arts is located seven miles south of Charlottesville near Walnut Creek Park in Albemarle County, Va. There is a long gravel driveway leading to the studio. Parking is available directly in front of the house or in the grassy parking area to the right of the house.

Do you teach classes to individuals with disabilities? Yes. As a passionate Special Educator, I have 25+ years of experience working with children, teens and adults with moderate to severe disabilities. Adapted classes can be arranged for individuals with disabilities who may need 1-1 instruction.

Do I need to bring my own supplies? Are supplies included? Mountainside Arts provides all art supplies necessary included in the cost of classes but you are welcome to bring your own as well.
How do I reserve a private art party? Email Rachel at mountainsideartscville@gmail.com to discuss details of your event. In general, a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the party fee adds your date to our calendar.

What payments do you except? Cash, checks made out to Rachel McLaughlin, Paypal and Venmo (@Rachel-McLaughlin-24). We currently cannot accept credit cards.
