For many years, Mountainside Arts was a place to learn drawing, painting, and creative techniques.

Today, it's becoming something even more meaningful.

A Creative Sanctuary for Women.

Over the past several years, I've come to believe something simple yet profound:

𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗹.

Not because it solves every problem.

But because it helps us remember who we are.

In a world that often feels hurried, divided, and overwhelming, creativity invites us to slow down.

To notice beauty.

To make something with our hands.

To laugh.

To breathe.

To reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the natural world.

At Mountainside Arts C'ville, you'll find creative workshops designed to nourish the spirit through art, community, and joyful exploration.

Whether you're picking up a paintbrush for the very first time, carrying a heavy heart, or simply longing to reconnect with your creative spirit, there's a place for you here.

No artistic experience is necessary.

  • Rachel (lead teacher) is fully vaccinated and boosted. All Mountainside Assistants are also fully vaccinated.
